Abstract:
An optical waveguide unit (100), comprising: a plurality of reflection units (1), the reflection units (1) all having the same composition, and the reflection units (1) being any one of or a combination of any two of a metal layer (1a), a total reflection layer (1b), and a medium reflection layer (1c); and a plurality of sub-waveguides (2) provided in a stacked manner, both sides of each sub-waveguide (2) being provided with one reflection unit (1), and in the stacking direction of the plurality of sub-waveguides (2), at least two of the heights of the plurality of sub-waveguides (2) being different, and different height values of the sub-waveguides (2) corresponding to different incident angle directions. Also provided are an optical waveguide array (1000a, 1000b) and a flat lens.
