Abstract:

A remedy for thrombocytopenia or erythropenia containing as the active ingredient a condensed pyrazole compound represented by general formula (I), an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein X represents N or CH; R represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy or halogen; Y?1¿ represents ($g(a)) or optionally substituted phenyl; Y?2¿ represents ($g(b)), -A?2¿-B?2¿, hydrogen, alkyl, optionally substituted phenylalkyl, optionally substituted phenyl, alkoxyalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxycarbonylalkyl, carboxyalkyl or acyloxyalkyl; Z?1¿ and Z?2¿ represent each -O-, -S- or -NR?3¿-, wherein R?3¿ represents hydrogen or alkyl; A?1¿ and A?2¿ represent each alkylene; B?1¿ and B?2¿ represent each carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, optionally substituted phenylalkoxycarbonyl, acyl, OH, acyloxy, -NR?1¿R?2¿ or -CONR?1¿R?2¿, wherein R?1¿ and R?2¿ represent each hydrogen, alkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl or hydroxyalkyl, or alternatively R?1¿ and R?2¿ represent, together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, a heterocyclic group; and L?1¿ and L?2¿ represent each hydrogen, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy.
