An oral composition that contains the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 10-20 mass % of chlorogenic acid, (B) 0.4-5 mass % of caffeine, and (C) 4-vinylguaiacol. The mass ratio [(C)/(B)] of component (C) and component (B) is 0.3 × 10 -4 or more and 30 × 10 -4 or less.
