Abstract:
The present invention can provide an oral solid formulation which employs 8-bromo-2-(1-methylpiperidin-4-ylamino)-4-(4-phenoxyphenylamino)pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-5(6H)-one hydrochloride together with a specific carrier and is highly stable, with excellent dissolution of the drug. Furthermore, the oral solid formulation can be advantageously commercialized as a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of proliferative diseases.
