Abstract:
The present invention relates to an orange-red thermally activated delayed fluorescent material and a preparation method therefor. The material name is 4,4',4''-(dibenzo[f,h]pyrido[2,3-b]quinoxaline-3,6,11-triyl)tri(N,N-diphenylaniline) (3,6,11-triTPA-BPQ) and 4,4',4''-(dibenzo[f,h]pyrido[2,3-b]quinoxaline-3,6,12-triyl)tri(N,N-diphenylaniline) (3,6,12-triTPA-BPQ). The compound provided in the present invention has ultrahigh horizontal dipole orientation and good thermal stability, and is a typical thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) material. The material has few synthesis and preparation steps, easily available raw materials, simple synthesis and purification processes and a high yield, and can be synthesized and prepared on a large scale.
