Abstract:
An event is provided to a reservation holder in accordance with the turn-waiting status thereof. Provided is an order management system (1000) for managing the turn waiting of reservations to a facility, wherein the order management system (1000) is provided with: a first storage unit (310) for holding information about a waiting item at a facility for which it is possible to wait in turn; a second storage unit (320) for holding the waiting item of a turn-waiting group in the facility, and a turn-waiting list including status information; a display unit (116) for displaying information about the waiting items; an input unit (115) for receiving selection input of a waiting item displayed on the display unit (116); a turn-waiting information management unit (320) for adding the number of turn-waiting groups to the selected waiting item, and updating the status information; an event generation determination unit (320) for, when the status information has been updated, determining on the basis of the current turn-waiting status whether a prescribed event is to be generated for the turn-waiting group that was added; and an event execution unit (320) for executing an event when it has been determined that an event is to be generated.
