Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an order management system and so forth that can suitably manage customer orders in an area in which there are a plurality of restaurants. An order management system of the present invention manages orders in a food court 100 in which there are a plurality of restaurants 121, 122, 123, and includes order terminals 2, store terminals 3, a settlement terminal 4, and the like. The order terminals 2 place orders by transmitting order information to the store terminals 3. The order information includes: order identification information; serving destination information that corresponds to a serving destination for a dish; and dish information that indicates an ordered dish and the amount of the ordered dish, and with which the restaurant that will provide the dish can be identified. The settlement terminal 4 records sales, of dishes provided by the restaurants 121, 122, 123, for the restaurants 121, 122, 123 by using the dish information of the order information obtained from the order terminals 2 when orders are settled.
