This organ image analysis method comprises the steps of: performing first machine learning using a plurality of first organ label images (40) including correct answer information (300a) for the position at which a first organ (300) is displayed on each of a plurality of learning input images (20); and extracting a first organ image (300b) on a first captured image (10) on the basis of the learning result of the first machine learning.
