Abstract:
A multi-parameter monitor (1), characterized by comprising temperature sensors (2, 3) placed on a body surface corresponding to organs, for giving an alarm and an early warning for the state of each organ according to dynamic data of body surface temperature of the organs in combination with other parameter data of the monitor (1). The early warning method comprises: threshold setting, and time sequence analysis and early warning; and risk state identification for early warning. Disclosed is a method for selecting body surface temperature feature points corresponding to organs, comprising: receiving real-time and recent meteorological factor data of a location of a user, and giving an early warning for the state of each organ according to the data in combination with parameters. Particularly, the temperature sensors (2, 3) are placed in a precordial region on the body surface of a patient, and used for collecting dynamic temperature of the body surface of the heart, and giving an early warning for myocardial ischemia, infarction and heart failure according to the dynamic temperature in combination with other parameter data.
