Abstract:
Provided is an organic compound contributing to improving the substantial light efficiency and field of view of an organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device according to the present invention comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; at least one organic material layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a capping layer, wherein the capping layer includes an organic compound represented by chemical formula 1 according to the present invention.
