Abstract:
The present invention relates to an organic compound employed in an organic layer, such as a hole transport layer or an electron blocking layer, in an organic light-emitting element. The organic compound according to the present invention has excellent hole injection and transport properties, high confinement of triplet excitons, excellent electron blocking capability, and excellent stability in a thin film state. When the organic compound is used in an organic layer, preferably a hole transport layer, of an organic light-emitting element, it is possible to obtain an organic light-emitting element having outstanding light emission characteristics such as luminous efficacy and quantum efficiency.
