Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an organic compound exhibiting excellent heat-resistance, solution storage stability, and organic-solvent solubility at room temperature; an organic semiconductor material containing the same; an organic thin-film obtained via a printing process at room temperature using the organic semiconductor material; and an organic semiconductor device exhibiting heat-resistance and high mobility, and containing the organic thin-film. Provided are an organic compound represented by formula (A) (In the formula, one element among R1 and R2 represents an alkyl group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having an alkyl group, or a heterocyclic group having an alkyl group, while the other element represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an aromatic hydrocarbon group, or a heterocyclic group. However, cases when both R1 and R2 represent an alkyl group are excluded.), and an organic semiconductor material containing said organic compound.
