Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an organic compound and a use thereof, a passivation film, a solar cell and an electronic device. The organic compound is represented by formula (1) or is an oxyanion salt of the compound represented by formula (1), wherein Ar is selected from any one among a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6-50 ring atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having a ring atom number of 5-50 or a substituted aromatic amine group represented by formula (A), L is selected from a chain alkane subunit having 1-10 carbon atoms, and R1 is an oxyanion group. The described organic compound can increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell device as well as the stability thereof.
