Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an organic light-emitting diode substrate and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic light-emitting diode substrate comprises a substrate, a thin film transistor device layer, an anode layer, a pixel definition layer, a light-emitting function layer and a cathode layer, wherein a plurality of pixel electrodes, the light-emitting function layer and the cathode layer form a plurality of pixel unit columns within the limitations of a plurality of pixel grooves; and a plurality of virtual pixel units are arranged outside at least one of the upper and lower sides or at least one of the left and right sides of the plurality of pixel unit columns.
