Abstract:
Disclosed is an organic EL panel which comprises a light-transmitting supporting substrate and an organic EL device formed on the substrate wherein an organic layer (5) having at least a light-emitting layer (5c) is sandwiched between a pair of electrodes. The light-emitting layer (5c) is obtained by adding a phosphor material (5g) and a transport material (hole-transporting material) (5h) as guest materials into a host material (5f).
