Abstract:
An organic electroluminescent device and an organic electroluminescent apparatus (400). The organic electroluminescent device comprises a light emitting device layer (10), a dielectric layer (11, 207, 309), and a coupling layer (12, 208, 310), and further comprises a first electrode layer (206, 308). The two film layers vertically adjacent to the first electrode layer (206, 308) have the same refractive index; and the structure of the coupling layer (12, 208, 310) is a periodic grating microstructure. Such as structural design couples out all plasmon resonance mode light within film layers on either side of a metal, thereby improving the light out efficiency.
