Abstract:

[Problem] To provide an organic EL light-emitting device that can make non-light-emitting sections surrounding organic EL panels inconspicuous while reducing color unevenness. [Solution] This organic EL light-emitting device (1) has the following: a plurality of organic electroluminescent panels (12) arranged on top of a substrate (11); a diffuser panel (13) that is positioned so as to face light-emitting surfaces (12a) of the organic electroluminescent panels (12) and diffuses light; and a reflector (14) that is provided in a region (23) surrounding the organic electroluminescent panels and reflects light from the diffuser panel (13).
