Abstract:
Provided are an organic-inorganic hybrid layer, an organic-inorganic laminate comprising same, and an organic electronic element comprising the laminate as a gas barrier. The organic-inorganic laminate comprises: at least two metal oxide layers; and an organic-inorganic hybrid layer disposed between the metal oxide layers and including at least one unit layer containing a metal atom layer and an organic molecular layer represented by chemical formula 1 or 2. [Chemical formula 1] (-XaRa)(Xb1Rb)C(RcXc-)(RdXd-) [Chemical formula 2] (-XaRa)(-Xb2Rb)C(RcXc-)(RdXd-) In chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2: "-" each independently denotes a bond with a metal in the metal atom layer or the metal oxide layer; Xa, Xb2, Xc, and Xd are each independently O, S, Se, or NH; Xb1 is hydrogen; Ra, Rb, Rc, and Rd are each independently a bond or a C1-C5 alkylene group.
