Abstract:
The present invention provides an organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic light-emitting device comprises a thin film transistor substrate, a pixel definition layer, a reflective electrode layer and a plurality of sub-pixels. The pixel definition layer is disposed on the thin film transistor substrate and includes a plurality of via holes; the plurality of sub-pixels are disposed in the corresponding via holes; a step thin film layer is provided on the thin film transistor substrate and corresponds to a part of the via holes, so that a part of the via holes are reduced in depth and the depth of the other part of the via holes is greater than the depth of the part of the via holes. The manufacturing method for the organic light-emitting device comprises the steps of: providing the thin film transistor substrate, manufacturing the step thin film layer, manufacturing the pixel definition layer, and performing ink-jet printing. According to the present invention, the step thin film layer is arranged to raise red sub-pixel via holes and green sub-pixel via holes, so that the thickness of a pixel film layer satisfies the performance of the device during inkjet printing manufacturing, the problem of ink overflow is prevented, and the production qualification rate of organic light-emitting devices is increased.
