The present specification relates to an organic light-emitting device comprising: an anode; a cathode; a light-emitting layer provided between the anode and the cathode; and a hole transport region comprising two or more organic layers provided between the light-emitting layer and the anode, wherein the organic layer coming in contact with the light-emitting layer among the organic layers comprises a compound of chemical formula 1, and the light-emitting layer comprises a compound of chemical formula 2.
