Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. By forming, on an outermost water and oxygen barrier layer of a thin-film encapsulation layer (8), a film layer (7) having a super-hydrophobic property, i.e. forming a rough surface, the surface of the hydrophobic film layer (7) has an extremely thin air layer, so as to reduce the direct contact of moisture with the thin-film encapsulation layer (8), thereby effectively reducing the permeation of water and oxygen, improving the water and oxygen barrier capability of the thin-film encapsulation layer (8), and prolonging the service life of the display panel.
