Abstract:
The present application provides an organic light-emitting diode display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The organic light-emitting diode display panel comprises a substrate, a thin film transistor layer, a passivation layer and a cathode, which are sequentially stacked. The thin film transistor layer comprises a source, a drain and an auxiliary cathode, which are arranged on a same layer. The passivation layer comprises a first passivation layer and a second passivation layer, and an undercut structure is formed between the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer. The undercut structure exposes the auxiliary cathode, and the cathode extends into the undercut structure to be connected to the auxiliary cathode.
