An organic light-emitting display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises a base (101), a metal reflective layer and a plurality of pixels, wherein each pixel comprises a plurality of sub-anodes (106); the metal reflective layer is located between the base (101) and a layer where the plurality of sub-anodes (106) are located, the metal reflective layer is insulated from the layer where the plurality of sub-anodes (106) are located, the metal reflective layer comprises a plurality of metal reflective patterns (104) which are separated from each other, and each metal reflective pattern (104) corresponds to a pixel; the orthographic projection of each metal reflective pattern (104) on the base (101) overlaps with the orthographic projection of the plurality of sub-anodes (106) of the corresponding pixel on the base (101); the plurality of sub-anodes (106) of each pixel are arranged at intervals, and the distance between the orthographic projections of two adjacent sub-anodes (106) on the base (101) is less than or equal to a first pre-set threshold value; and the first preset threshold value is 3.5 μm or 2 μm. By means of controlling the distance between adjacent sub-anodes (106) in the same pixel to be less than or equal to a first pre-set threshold value, the influence of moire patterns can be reduced or eliminated, and the display effect can be improved.
