Abstract:
An organic light emitting element which comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a light emitting layer that is arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, wherein the light emitting layer comprises a first compound represented by general formula (1) and a second compound represented by general formula (2). In general formula (1), L represents a bidentate ligand which has naphtho[2,1-f]isoquinoline or phenanthro[2,1-f]isoquinoline as a main skeleton.
