Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting element comprising a positive electrode, a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer, and a negative electrode in the stated order, the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer being in contact with each other, the first light-emitting layer including a first organic compound and a first metal complex, the second light-emitting layer including a second organic compound, a third organic compound, and a second metal complex, the third organic compound not being a metal complex, and the following relationships (a) to (c) holding true. (a) HOMO(D1)>HOMO(H1)
(b) LUMO(H2)>LUMO(H3)
(c) HOMO(D1)−HOMO(H1)>LUMO(H2)−LUMO(H3)
