Abstract:
Disclosed is a good crystalline thin film with high carrier mobility, which can be
easily obtained from a coating film. Also disclosed is an organic semiconductor device
using such a crystalline thin film. The crystalline thin film is an organic semiconductor
thin film which is formed by supplying and coating an organic semiconductor material
solution on a substrate. This crystalline thin film is characterized in that
the organic semiconductor thin film has a streak-like non-coated portion having
a width of not less than 0.5 μm but not more than 100 μm.
