Abstract:
An organic solid waste pyrohydrolysis treatment system and a treatment process thereof. The treatment system comprises a sludge storage tank (1), a pipeline-type self-heat-exchange and reaction collection assembly (2), a reaction sludge pressure storage tank (3), a mechanical dehydration unit (6), a sewage tank (7) and a sludge pump (9), wherein sludge and process injected water (W0) can be mixed by means of the sludge pump (9), and traditional conditioning by a conditioning tank is omitted; and heat of pyrohydrolysis generated gas can be fully used by means of the pipeline-type self-heat-exchange and reaction collection assembly (2), such that sludge-sludge heat exchange efficiency is effectively improved. The reaction sludge pressure storage tank (3) is used for storing part of pressure energy of reaction sludge, such that an adjusting range of an adjusting valve can be reduced, prolonging the service life of the valve; in addition, the pressure energy can be used in a subsequent reaction sludge dehydration process.
