Abstract:
This organic solvent recovery system comprises: an organic solvent recovery device that includes a processing vessel storing an adsorbent for adsorbing and removing an organic solvent from gas to be processed that contains the organic solvent, the organic solvent recovery device repeating an adsorption process for bringing the gas to be processed supplied to the processing vessel into contact with the adsorbent, and discharging the processed gas, and a desorption process for desorbing the organic solvent from the adsorbent by means of desorption steam supplied to the processing vessel, and discharging the desorbed gas; a heat exchanger that has a heat generation unit through which the desorbed gas discharged from the organic solvent recovery device passes, and a heat absorption unit replenished with replenishment water, and that generates steam by indirectly heating the replenishment water of the heat absorption unit with the desorbed gas passing through the heat generation unit, and discharges the desorbed gas after the indirect heating; and a cooling unit that cools the desorbed gas discharged from the heat exchanger, and discharges the condensate, wherein the system includes a steam supply unit that supplies steam to the heat absorption unit of the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger supplies, to the organic solvent recovery device as at least a portion of the desorption steam, recycled steam obtained by mixing the steam generated from the replenishment water and the steam supplied from the steam supply unit.
