Abstract:
Proposed is a method for improving film adhesiveness when performing a magnetic domain subdivision treatment. According to the present invention, the concentration of Mn+Fe in a ceramic underlying film in an oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is at least 0.05 mass%, and the Young's modulus of the underlying film is 108-144 GPa.
