Abstract:
The present invention proposes an oriented electromagnetic steel sheet in which the magnetic domain structure is controlled and iron loss is reduced, wherein an iron loss reduction effect can be maintained even when stress relief annealing is applied. The oriented electromagnetic steel sheet has, on at least one surface from among the obverse and reverse surfaces of a steel sheet having a prescribed component composition, a local region that has an orientation angle difference of 1.5° or more with respect to the surrounding crystal and that extends in a linear shape in a direction intersecting the rolling direction of the steel sheet, the local region having a volume fraction of 0.1-2.0% inclusive and a residual stress of 100 Mpa or less, and the average unevenness amount at the ferrite surface of the surface having the local region being below 5 μm.
