The present invention relates to an oscillating tidal stream generator using active pitch and camber controls, comprising: a step motor connected to a first shaft for bidirectionally rotating at a constant angle; a first rotating member fixed and coupled to a first shaft; a second rotating member separately arranged from the first rotating member and provided to a supporting shaft; a third rotating member fixed and coupled to a second shaft; a first rotating power transmission member for transmitting the bidirectional rotation of the first rotating member to the second rotating member; a second rotating power transmission member for transmitting the bidirectional rotation of the second rotating member to a third rotating member; a first bidirectional rotating gear fixed and coupled to the second shaft and enabling the bidirectional rotating motion; a first idler gear fixed and coupled to a third shaft and enabling the bidirectional rotating motion; a transmission gear fixed and coupled to the third shaft and enabling the bidirectional rotating motion; a final gear provided to the second shaft and enabling the bidirectional rotating motion; an arm member for enabling the bidirectional swing motion; and an operator in which a first operator member and a second operator member are hinge-coupled to each other to generate a camber and a second shaft is fixed and coupled to one side of the first operator member.
