Abstract:
An oscillation device (2) comprises: a base (4); a mobile platform (6) which is elastically supported with respect to the base (4); a first horizontal vibration excitation means (81) for oscillating the mobile platform (6) in a first horizontal direction; a second horizontal vibration excitation means (82) for oscillating the mobile platform (6) in a second horizontal direction which intersects the first horizontal direction; and a vertical vibration excitation means (83) for oscillating the mobile platform (6) in a vertical direction. The oscillation device (2) further comprises: a first intermediate platform (51) and a second intermediate platform (52) between the base (4) and the mobile platform (6); and first through third plate-shaped spring members (71-73) which elastically connect the base (4), the first intermediate platform (51), the second intermediate platform (52), and the mobile platform (6) sequentially in the first horizontal direction, the second horizontal direction, and the vertical direction.
