Abstract:
An oscillator circuit relates to the technical field of electronics, and is used to improve the performance of an oscillator. The oscillator circuit comprises: a first amplifier (Am1) and a second amplifier (Am2) having switchable switches, which allow the oscillator circuit to operate in an inductance feedback mode or a negative resistance mode by means of switching; and a resonator comprising a capacitive component and an inductive component, wherein the inductive component comprises a tapped inductor including four terminals (V1, V2, V3, V4), two of the four terminals are coupled to a differential input terminal of the first amplifier (Am1) and a differential output terminal of the second amplifier (Am2), and the other two terminals are coupled to a differential output terminal of the first amplifier (Am1).
