Abstract:
An osteotomy verification method and verification apparatus, a readable storage medium, and an orthopedic surgery system. The osteotomy verification apparatus is used to obtain calculated positional information of a current osteotomy plane (S1). On the basis of predetermined positional information of a planned osteotomy plane, a positional error between the calculated positional information and the predetermined positional information is determined. If the positional error exceeds a preset value, repositioning information is calculated and obtained, and the repositioning information is transmitted to a robotic arm (2) to perform repositioning (S2). With such a configuration, by comparing and identifying the positional error between a current osteotomy plane formed by first osteotomy and the planned osteotomy plane, the robot arm (2) can be positioned again, so as to correct the osteotomy plane for a second time, thereby improving the accuracy of a final osteotomy plane. Additionally, by performing repositioning with the mechanical arm (2) and secondary correction of the osteotomy plane, the use of additional bone nails to repeatedly fix an osteotomy guide tool (4) on a bone can be avoided, reducing surface trauma of a patient, and reducing surgery duration.
