Abstract:
An outer sliding sunroof mechanical set, comprising a lifting arm (1). A lifting arm sliding groove (101) that backwardly descends is formed on the lifting arm (1); a driving sliding block (4) is riveted in the lifting arm sliding groove (101) by means of a sliding groove rivet (6); a locking torsion spring (8) is connected to a locking block (7) in a penetrating mode; one pin of the locking torsion spring (8) is fixed on the locking block (7), and the other pin of the locking torsion spring abuts against a sunroof guide rail (20); an inclined groove (702) corresponding to an inclined wedge block (401) at the bottom of the driving sliding block (4) is formed on the upper end of the locking block (7); a locking head (701) corresponding to the locking opening (201) of the sunroof guide rail (20) is downwardly provided on the rear end of the locking block (7); the locking block (7) is connected to a rear sliding block (11) by means of a flexible connection rod (9); front and rear arc-shaped sliding grooves (111, 112) are formed on the rear sliding block (11); the front and rear arc-shaped sliding grooves (111, 112) are separately riveted to the middle portion of a rear support (13) by means of two arc-shaped sliding groove pins (12); the rear portion of the rear support (13) is in pin connection with a fixed tail base (15) by means of a rotating pin (17); a limiting boss (151) corresponding to a rear sliding block (111) is provided on the fixed tail base (15); the fixed tail base (15) is locked and connected to the sunroof guide rail (20) by means of a fixing bolt (16); and the front portion of the rear support (13) is clamped on a sliding block (18) on a lifting arm sliding rail (102) at the rear portion of the lifting arm (1) in a riveted mode. The outer sliding sunroof mechanical set can integrally realize upwarp lifting and backward movement for opening a sunroof, and is simple in structure and small in occupied space.
