Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide an output driver circuit of a simple circuit configuration that is equipped with an over-current protection function. The invention is made to be of a configuration in which a constant current circuit, a constant current mirror-use MOS transistor, and a selector circuit are equipped, wherein the constant current mirror-use MOS transistor and an output MOS transistor configure a current mirror circuit. A gate of the output MOS transistor is controlled using voltage based on a constant current generated by the constant current mirror-use MOS transistor so as to limit current flowing between the source and drain of the output MOS transistor.
