Abstract:
An oven and a method for controlling an oven, the oven (100) comprising: a chamber body (1); a heating element, the heating element being used for heating an inner portion space of the chamber (1); an air passage (2); a heat-dissipating fan, the heat-dissipating fan fitting the air passage (2) for use in driving airflow to flow along the air passage (2); a temperature detection element, the temperature detection element and the heat-dissipating fan transmitting a signal, for use in starting the heat-dissipating fan when the temperature in the air passage (2) is higher than a predetermined temperature.
