Abstract:
In step Sb3, the duty ratio calculated in step Sb2 based on feedback control is compared with the limit value of the duty ratio corresponding to the limit battery current. When the duty ratio is smaller than the limit value, the PWM wave corresponding to the duty ratio is outputted (step Sb4). When the duty ratio is larger than the limit value, the PWM wave of when the limit value is made the duty ratio, is outputted (step Sb5). Therefore, the duty ratio of the PWM wave generated as a current command does not exceed the limit value and no overcurrent exceeding the current limit value is fed from the battery. A large-capacity battery is not needed and the shortening of the cycle life of the battery due to overcurrent can be prevented.
