Abstract:
An overcurrent protection circuit 34, for example, comprises: an overcurrent detection unit 341 configured to compare monitoring target current IOUT and an overcurrent detection threshold value IOCD; a current interruption unit 342 configured to interrupt the monitoring target current IOUT when the monitoring target current IOUT reaches the overcurrent detection threshold value IOCD; an interruption cancellation unit 343 configured to cancel the interruption of the monitoring target current IOUT at the elapse of a first time T1 after the monitoring target current IOUT has reached the overcurrent detection threshold value IOCD; and a threshold control unit 344 configured to lower the overcurrent detection threshold value IOCD at the elapse of the first time T1 after the monitoring target current IOUT has reached the overcurrent detection threshold value IOCD.
