Abstract:
Provided is an overhead machining device based on a portable five-degree-of-freedom full parallel connection module. The overhead machining device comprises: a sliding platform (I), used for moving the parallel connection module to increase a stroke of a machine tool, so that the machine tool has the ability to machine large components, and the mounting, clamping and machining of workpieces can be simultaneously carried out in different working positions; a numerical-control rotary platform (II); and the portable five-degree-of-freedom full parallel connection module (III), wherein the range of a swing angle of the portable parallel connection module (III) is large, so that conversion between a vertical machining mode and a horizontal machining mode can be achieved, and by means of cooperating with the numerical-control rotary platform, five-face machining can be achieved by means of one instance of mounting and clamping. The parallel connection module (III) can move flexibly, and can machine a large complex component when mounted on the sliding platform (I); and after a workpiece is machined, the portable five-degree-of-freedom full parallel connection module can be moved by means of the sliding platform (I) or in a lifting manner, etc. to a place where a component has been mounted and clamped so as to machine the next component. Thus, the mounting, clamping and machining of a workpiece can be simultaneously carried out in different working positions, and the usage rate and production efficiency of the portable parallel connection module (III) are improved.
