Abstract:
Disclosed is an ownership-based data authorization method. The method comprises: an identity verification step; a contract negotiation step, comprising: two parties negotiating contract conditions, range, time, rights, responsibilities, and execution mechanisms; a contract authorization step, comprising: if a negotiation between a data applicant and a data right owner succeeds, then the data right owner carrying out contract authorization on the data applicant; and a technology authorization step, comprising: the data right owner using a private key to decrypt data, and using a public key of the data applicant to encrypt the data for ownership conversion. A data body is encrypted and protected in combination with data ownership, and reuse and re-propagation of the data are appointed and authorized, which not only protects secure storage and access of the data, but also provides the possibility for performing a responsibility investigation using a data ownership-based source tracing method when data is leaked, and provides a data ownership-based data rights and interests division method for a data ownership authorization application and data transaction so as to provide support for assuring the benefits of a data owner.
