Oxadiazole compounds shown by formula (1) [in the formula, G represents a substituted or unsubstituted thiophene ring, furan ring, imidazole ring, oxazole ring, isoxazole ring, thiazole ring, oxadiazole ring, thiadiazole ring, pyridine ring, pyrazine ring, pyridazine ring, pyrimidine ring, or benzene ring, J represents ＣＲ1Ｒ2、ＮＲ3, or an oxygen atom, Q represents an oxygen atom, Ｎ－ＣＮ、Ｎ－ＮＯ2、Ｎ－Ｃ（Ｏ）Ｒ4, or Ｎ－Ｃ（Ｏ）ＯＲ4 (however, Q may be the same or different when n is 2), X represents ＣＲ5Ｒ6Ｒ7、ＮＲ8Ｒ9、ＯＲ10, or a 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl group, or the like, m represents 0 or 1, and n represents 0, 1, or 2.] and a plant disease control agent using the same.
