Abstract:
An oxide layer-containing zirconium-niobium alloy ankle joint prosthetic system and a manufacturing method. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: with zirconium-niobium alloy powder serving as a raw material, an intermediate product of a talus component (1) and an intermediate product of a tibia component (2) are produced respectively by integral forming via 3D printing, and the talus component (1) or the tibia component (2) is produced by hot isostatic pressing, cryogenic freezing, and surface oxidation; the tibia component (2) is slidably connected to the talus component (1); trabeculae are provided on the lower surface of a talus component body (4), the outer surfaces of two first fixing columns (3), the upper surface of a tibia component body (5), and the outer surfaces of two second fixing columns (6), thus increasing the bone ingrowth performance of the prosthesis. The integral manufacturing implements excellent biocompatibility and bone ingrowth of an osseointegration interface, and super wear resistance and low wear rate of a friction interface.
