Abstract:
A superconducting thin film is formed on a sapphire substrate under easier conditions. An oxide superconducting thin film deposited on a sapphire substrate (R-Al2O3) via a buffer layer is characterized in that the buffer layer is composed of an orthorhombic crystal expressed by LnAlO3 wherein Ln is one of Eu, Sm and Y.
