Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oxygen sensor having a porous ceramic coating layer formed thereon and to a method for forming the porous ceramic coating layer. More particularly, the present invention relates to an oxygen sensor having a porous ceramic coating layer formed thereon and to a method for forming the porous ceramic coating layer, in which a plasma coating is performed on a sensing part of the oxygen sensor using ceramic powder that has a predetermined particle size, thereby forming the porous ceramic coating layer on the surface of the sensing part.
