Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oxynitride phosphor with improved reliability, a method for preparing the same, and a white light emitting element comprising the same and, more specifically, to a blue-green oxynitride phosphor represented by chemical formula 1 below and characterized in that a coating of an inorganic or organic material is coated on a surface of the phosphor. The oxynitride phosphor of the present invention is close to a reference light, and exhibits deterioration characteristics, which are so improved as to be commercialized, that is, improved refractive index, thermal conductivity, and damp-proofing property, and high light emission efficiency, in the implementation of a white light source using UV and blue LED as excitation sources. [Chemical formula 1] [M1-x,,Eux]aSibCcOdNe wherein, M is at least one metal selected from Ba, Sr, Ca, B, Y, Lu, La, Al, Mg, Sc, or Ga; and x≤1, 1.0≤a<1.2, 2.0.
