Abstract:
Provided is a small ozone generation device that is capable of generating ozone and heating electrodes that generate the ozone. The ozone generation device (10) includes a first discharge electrode (30) and a second discharge electrode (40), and a heater electrode (50). A first end of the heater electrode (50) is connected to the first discharge electrode (30) and a second end of the heater electrode (50) is connected to the second discharge electrode (40). The ratio of voltage to current of a first pathway that connects the first end and the second end through the first discharge electrode (30) and the second discharge electrode (40) is a first resistance value. The ratio of voltage to current of a second pathway that connects the first end and the second end through the heater electrode (50) is a second resistance value. In a voltage range higher than the discharge inception voltage, the second resistance value is greater than the first resistance value.
