Abstract:
An ozone treatment apparatus, comprising: a circulation path (210) connected to a drum (23) accommodating a treated object and an outer tub (20); a blowing fan (220) for circulating air between the outer tub (20) and the circulation path (210); an ozone generator (250); an ultraviolet light-emitting module (260) which emits ultraviolet light in a band acting on the decomposition of ozone and irradiates the ultraviolet light into the circulation path (210); and a control unit which executes an ozone supply process of mixing ozone generated by the ozone generator (250) into the air flowing through the circulation path (210) and supplying the mixed ozone and air to the drum (23) and the outer tub (20), and then executes an ozone removal process of discharging the ozone remaining in the drum (23) and the outer tub (20) to the circulation path (210) together with the air and irradiating the ozone discharged to the circulation path (210) with ultraviolet light. The ozone treatment apparatus can effectively shorten the waiting time for taking out a treated object.
