Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diazepine derivative represented by general formula (I) (In the formula: R1 and R2 are a hydrogen atom, etc. or R1 and R2 together with a benzene ring to which they are attached are a naphthalene ring, etc.; R3 and R4 are a hydrogen atom, etc.; R5 is a hydrogen atom, etc.; R6 and R7 are a hydrogen atom, etc.; X is C, CH or N and Y is N, NH or C (=O), provided that when X is N, Y is not N or NH and when X is C or CH, Y is not C (=O); Z is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; A is a benzene ring, etc.; B is NHC (=O), etc.; D is an atomic bonding, etc.; E is an atomic bonding, etc.; G is benzene which may by substituted, etc.; and m is an integer of 0 to 5.) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a P2X4 receptor antagonist.
