Disclosed is a package for a disposable coated acupuncture needle, wherein the package comprises disposable coated acupuncture needles (1), a packaging box (2) and a sealed bag (3), wherein the packaging box (2) comprises a box body (4), a needle rack (5) and a support (6), and a removal tab (16) is provided on the packaging box (2) at a tear-opening (15) of the sealed bag (3). When in use, the sealed bag (3) is torn, the removal tab (16) is pulled so as to pull out the packaging box (2), and the support (6) is folded to expose an acupuncture needle handle (13) to come, thus allowing for access to the acupuncture needle (1). A negative pressure packaging method may be used in the package to seal the packaging box (2) containing the acupuncture needles (1), so as to perform sterilization via high-energy electron or isotope irradiation. A plurality of acupuncture needles are packaged in the same packaging box, and access is easy, and the contamination of other needles may be reduced when accessing a few acupuncture needles in the box, thus facilitating aseptic operation.
